11/5/2009 - CVS Caremark Corp. (NYSE:CVS) said the FTC is investigating some of the chain's business practices, according to an AP report. The details of the investigation were not disclosed but the company said that it has not violated any antitrust laws, the report said. The company suggested that the FTC inquiry may be related to complaints made by the Change to Win coalition of labor unions who has said that the company's size and buying power is bad for consumers.
