Morgan Stanley Estimates Loss Of Subcribers, 4.8% Drop In Wireless Revenue For Cincinatti Bell (CBB) - 2/9/2010 1:56:35 PM

2/9/2010- Morgan Stanley analysts are estimating a 4,000 wireless subscriber loss and a 4.8% year-over-year drop in wireless service revenue in Q4 for Cincinnati Bell Inc. (NYSE:CBB).

The bank sees Q4 EPS of 10 cents, which is one penny below the consensus.

Analysts Simon Flannery and Daniel Gaviria said, "In wireline we expect line loss and

DSL adds to improve sequentially. We expect the data center and managed services to continue to perform well and to increase revenues by 11.6% YoY, following CBB's positive commentary on pent-up demand for this business. We also look forward to hearing management's commentary on the intended uses of the $100 mn in proceeds from the tower sale back in November."

Morgan Stanley sees fiscal 2009 EPS of 41 cents, vs. the consensus estimates of 43 cents per share, and fiscal 2010 EPS of 41 cents, vs. the consensus estimates of 43 cents per share.
