MySmarTrend text alerts
MySmarTrend, operated by Ramy LLC, is collecting optional opt-ins for a future SMS program. By checking the separate SMS consent box and submitting your mobile number, you electronically agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from MySmarTrend at that number, including market alerts, commentary, and offers for MySmarTrend products and subscriptions. Texts may begin when the program launches; no launch date is promised.
Consent is not a condition of purchase, email signup, or access to free content. Leaving the checkbox unchecked and the mobile field blank allows email-only signup. Email consent, previous interest-only number collection, and partner-offer consent do not constitute SMS consent.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Ask your wireless provider about charges. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on network and device availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Withdraw consent or get help
Before launch or at any time, email privacy@mysmartrend.com to withdraw SMS consent or request help. Include the mobile number concerned so we can locate your record. Once messaging begins, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. After opting out, you may receive one non-marketing confirmation text. No further marketing texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Email and SMS preferences are separate.
Your number and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Notify us if your number changes or you give it up. Program availability depends on supported countries, carriers, and applicable requirements when we launch.
Privacy
We retain the number and a record of your consent. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers may process this information on our behalf to store consent and deliver the program. See our Privacy Policy.

Program changes
We may update or discontinue the program. Updated terms will be posted here. Changes do not expand your original consent to other senders or unrelated programs; additional consent will be requested where needed.
